Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Starter Plan

Trainetic's Starter plan lets you build and edit resumes at no cost. No payment is collected, so no refund applies.

2. Pro Plan Billing

Pro plans are available as a 30-day Pro access pass (₹299) or a one-time lifetime purchase (₹999), billed through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are charged as one-time transactions with zero automated recurring debits. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

3. Subscription & Expiry

Because purchases are processed as non-recurring access passes, you are never locked into automated subscription renewals. A 30-day Pro access pass simply expires at the end of the period without re-billing. You can choose to purchase another pass whenever you wish. There are no recurring fees or cancellation hurdles.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Accidental or duplicate charges: 100% full refund if reported within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Service delivery failure: Full refund if your payment succeeded but your account access was not provisioned due to a technical error and our support team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
  • Change of mind (within 7 days): Because Trainetic delivers immediate access to proprietary digital templates and unmetered editor capabilities, refund requests made within 7 days of purchase are evaluated based on service utilization:
    • If zero vector PDF exports have been generated and fewer than 10% of included AI tokens have been consumed, a full refund will be granted upon request.
    • Once vector PDF documents have been exported or significant AI tokens have been consumed, the digital goods are deemed delivered and consumed, and payments are non-refundable.
  • Token Pack Recharges: Token recharges are digital micro-transactions for real-time cloud computing resources. Once AI tokens have been spent on bullet rewrites or resume scans, they cannot be refunded. Unused token packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
  • Lifetime Plan: Refundable within 7 days of purchase subject to the fair-use consumption conditions above. After 7 days, lifetime access passes are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@traineticresume.com with your account email and the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. We aim to respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to Razorpay's processing times.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
